Status Letters & Lender Questionnaires

Last Dollar P.U.D. Association dues vary from unit to unit and are billed out annually at a $150 discount or quarterly at the full amount. All real estate sales occurring within Last Dollar PUD are subject to a 1% RETA at closing. Status requests and lender questionnaires should be emailed to admin@tellurideconsulting.com.
